BRIDGES

Since the firms inception in 1957 through present, WMB Inc. has provided engineering design for 600 wide variety of bridges in several states.
Standard composite and non-composite prestressed concrete box beams.
Spread Box and PCI prestressed concrete beams for both simple spans and spans made continuous for live load.
Welded Steel Plate girders for both simple and continuous spans.
Steel WF girders for both simple and continuous spans.
Two Hinged Steel Arch Spans.
Reinforced Concrete Box and Arch Culverts.
These bridges vary in length from short span to medium span (up to 500 ft.) and include grade separations, stream crossings, bicycle/pedestrian bridges and railroad bridges.
WMB, Inc. utilizes Microstation and has developed plans with this system for the past ten years. Each of our technical staff members has a totally networked graphics workstation and the latest in computer software for all structural applications. Our technical staff participates in current continuing education and technical training in order to stay abreast and state of the art in bridge design.
