TRANSPORTATION ENGINEERS
Registered P.E. with a minimum of four years experience in planning and design of highway projects.

STRUCTURAL ENGINEERS
Registered P.E. with a minimum of 4 years of design experience for highway and railways, bridges, culverts, and retaining wall structures

CADD TECHNICIANS
Minimum of 2 years of experience with Intergraph Microstation related to highway plan production and/or bridge plan production.

ENVIRONMENTAL PROJECT MANAGER
Registered P.E. with knowledge of FHWA Environmental Regulations and Guidelines; Required 2 years of experience in preparation of EA/EIS highway document writing and co-ordination.

SURVEY PARTY CHIEF
Registered Land Surveyor experienced in highway location and knowledge of KTC standard survey practices.

RIGHT OF WAY SERVICES MANAGER
Project Manager must be extremely familiar with KTC Division of Right of Way policy and experienced in right of way acquisition procedures. Background must include proven ability to co-ordinate and manage appraisals, title reports, negotiations, relocations, and closing phases.
